1. As a registered Oregon, non-profit, Mission ConneXion Northwest is a "FREE" event, open to the public, with minimal overhead, no Registration fees, No Office; No Office Staff; Not even a Secretary in this grass-roots, volunteer effort.

2. In the previous two annual events over 700 churches have been represented, and we would like to influence the Missions-effectiveness of every church in the Pacific Northwest as we consider requests to help other metropolitan areas seeking to strengthen missions in the local church.

3. We continue the partnerships we began years ago with KPDQ / The Fish, K-Praise 1330 AM, and Christian News Northwest - distributing 30,000 programs to churches regionally.

4. Mission organizations tell us that Mission ConneXion Northwest is superb value for money because it brings together potential missionaries with Church-leaders who send & support them!

5. The $60,000 Event budget covers items like promotional materials; physical arrangements like “Pipe and Drape”, as well as plenary speakers' travel, accommodation, and honoraria. All gifts are put to good use insuring the continued impact of this Event, both here and beyond.

6. Executive and Steering Team members meet monthly to plan and prepare this annual event, and represent over 30 individual local Churches that contribute to the ongoing work of Mission ConneXion Northwest.

7. The budget is met by Exhibitors’ fees, Advertising fees, and contributions from churches and individuals like yourself.

8. Mission ConneXion Northwest has become one of the largest, annual church-missions-mobilizing movements of its kind in the USA, and the largest in the Northwest USA – having helped birth similar events in places as diverse as Seattle; Alaska, Wyoming, and, hopefully, Spokane in September 2010!

9. We are privileged to have volunteers helping us in this "labor of love" for the local church who have expertise in skills as diverse as: Missions and Business; Web-Design and Accounting; Writing and Graphic Design; National Prayer and Legal Counsel – and there’s room for YOU and YOUR abilities too!

10. The Lord has blessed this effort. The Church of the NW and its people have faithfully supported this annual event. With diligence and careful planning, we have ended each fiscal year in the black and never carried any debt over in any of our previous events since launching in 2001.

11. Each year we see an increasingly younger audience attending, and an increase in first-time attendees - which speaks well of what the Lord is doing in our churches, for the sake of the Great Commission being taken seriously in the churches of this Region.

12. Beyond what you give to your own local church first, we have no hesitation to ask you to give freely and generously to the ongoing work of Mission ConneXion Northwest. You can be confident that this is a solid investment in the churches and missions ministries here in the Northwest. We depend upon the offering you give as we seek to honor Jesus Christ and the Great Commission He left us with.
