Mission ConneXion Northwest is sponsored by individual church congregations. Those churches appoint representatives to plan and organize the conference each year. From this body, a Board of Directors is chosen to handle the day-to-day responsibilities. Hundreds of volunteers plan, organize and staff the conference.
