Mitchell Lamotte is the Pastor of Missions and Evangelism at Southwest Hills Baptist Church in Beaverton, Ore; he currently serves as Mission ConneXion's Church Relations Coordinator.

Over 20 years ago, a Chinese-American friend of mine found a Gospel tract under a box when helping a friend move. Not thinking much about it, he stuffed the track in his pocket. He eventually read that tract, and within months, committed his life to Christ. My friend and his family now serve as missionaries in China.

It is my goal to connect missions-minded churches and individuals, with mission agencies, for the purpose of increasing and mobilizing workers to go out and share the Gospel with people, like australia pokies my friend, and "make disciples of all nations." My heart-felt desire is to see every church increase the number of believers who are actively serving our Lord Jesus Christ by embracing the power of the Gospel!

Acts 1:8, "But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth."

As a volunteer with Mission ConneXion, my goal is becoming a reality, as I help expand the reach and scope of missions and equip and effectively mobilize the local church and individuals for God's call to missions.

The ministry of Mission ConneXion has increased my awareness of God's calling His people into the ministry of reconciliation with Himself (2 Cor. 5:18). My passion is to equip, train and mobilize God's people to understand and participate in this powerful work. I long for the day when our Lord is praised and worshiped in every tongue and nation!
